Take a photo of the desired jet, preferably a frontal view. Cut it to the size of 586 x 381 pixels. Copy one white bordered range of an existing screen into your new screen. Place as many of these ranges through your new screen as you need. Place these fields underneath the jet. Afterwards you store the picture under LoadoutMyJet.bmp. in the Loadout screen folder. In place of of MyJet uses you the name of the airplane naturally. Then determines the left upper corners of the white bordered ranges and notes the positions. Then open an existing trx file and register the determined values in it. Store the file under the name LoutoutMyJet.trx. In the Admin.ini you have to register the name of the Loadout screen too. For example:
Record952=F-4(Kitty Hawk)|\BMP\Loadout\Jet\LoadoutMyJet.bmp|Controllable_Aircraft\f-4(Kitty Hawk)\f-4(Kitty Hawk)_h.P3D|[ None ]|2|1|0|0.
That´s what i can tell you. How to do this with your graphic program, you have to read in the hand book of the program.
To create new cockpits, you have all informations you need for doing it. How i said before:" The usage of your graphic programm you have to learn by yourself". So start to create your own files. For single questions to fix some problems, you can ask every time.

First you have to learn to use your Paint Shop Program. Once you learn how to make layers you will have to use about 3 different pics to make the loadout. The Hanger background pic, the Aircraft pic, and the squad patch.
1: first start with your background pic of the hanger.
2: Next insert the text for the loadout.
3: Next take the pic of your aircraft and layer it over the background pic of the hanger.
4: If you are going to use a patch layer it over the background pic of the hanger as well.
5: COWAR's example is about as good of an example you can get as far as the loadout perimeters go.
You will have to read your Paint Shop Programs instructions to learn how to layer I cannot teach you that but once you learn that all of this should start to make more sense to you.
All of the info is here you just have to dig in and become more familiar with whatever paint program you are using.
